Today we started our new Pattern Project with Artist Sara Hughes. Sara is a parent at Owairaka and she is working with all the students in the school to create a large mural for our playground. This week the classes are experimenting with pattern making to help create some ideas for the mural.
We had so much fun creating patterns with all the interesting materials.
