Room 20 have been learning about Maui and The Sun for Maori Language Week. We have been learning how to retell the story in our own words. We also took a Reading book home to Share with our parents and retell the story. Room 20 then created some lovely coloured pencil work on how Maui slowed the Sun.
If you see Room 20 Children outside ask them to retell the story of how Maui slowed the sun.
