                    MATHS PROBLEMS    WEEK 4 2020    

Problem 1.  

Sticker packs from Warehouse have 10 stickers in them.

Kristie wants to give 2 stickers to every child in Room 22. If there are 25 students in her class how many stickers does she need to buy? 

 How many packs of stickers will she need to get and will there be any left over?

Problem 2. 

 Maria went to the Warehouse and bought 6 packs of stickers. 

Nikki went to Look Sharp and also bought 6 packs of stickers. 

Maria bought stickers that had 10 in each pack. 

Nikki brought stickers that had 5 in each pack.

How many stickers did Maria get altogether?

How many stickers did Miss Nikki get altogether?

Problem 3. 

Each pack of stickers at Warehouse is $6.00 

Each pack of stickers at Look Sharp is $5.00 

How much did Maria have to pay?

How much did Nikki have to pay?

Writing Activity:         To describe the moment in time.

Have a good look at the picture above and use your 5 senses to describe.
